What will happen to my idea?

The team will receive your idea and assign it to a theme: Supporting our Staff, Simplifying our Processes, or Ways of Working. We then consolidate and categorise ideas, bundling together any that are duplicated. 

Next, we decide whether we need new or improved technology for the idea; if we do, we pass it to the relevant Information Services Committee (ISC) Portfolio for consideration. If not, we assess the idea as to the effort needed and its proposed impact and then submit it to the theme's board for discussion. The theme board will then make a recommendation to the Oversight Board who will consider the idea.

Afterwards, now that we know what we can achieve with the idea, we'll add it to the work plan and showcase it on the ideas section of this website [currently under construction].
